Crafted from nectar gathered mainly from Rwanda's eucalyptus blossoms — a fresh, distinctive expression of its botanical origin.

Gathered by bees foraging Rwanda's native forests and wild plants, for a rich, complex honey with natural floral notes.

Independent lab analysis on our honey, tested against the Codex Alimentarius international standard for honey (CXS 12-1981).
Cadmium, arsenic, lead and mercury all tested free of heavy metals.
Screened across 428 individual pesticide compounds by LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS — none detected.
Comfortably within the Codex limit — a sign of properly ripened honey with low fermentation risk.
Natural enzyme activity above the minimum, indicating minimally processed honey.
Very low hydroxymethylfurfural — a marker of gentle handling with minimal heat exposure.
